         One such example for the above quote is Mr. Krishnamurthy Shankar, called as (Krish Shankar)is an Executive Vice President and the Group Head of Human Resource Development at Infosys Limited since October 13, 2016. In this role, he is responsible for envisioning the road map for HR, driving strategy, and implementing operational priorities aligned with the overall organizational mandate.

Krish over 30 years

                Krish has over 30 years of experience and has led several global HR functions in enterprise level roles, including restructuring, change management, performance, people alignment and driving the HR transformation agenda to deliver strategic value for the business. Mr. Shankar served as an Executive Director of Human Resources at Bharti Airtel Limited from March 2007 to August 2013. Mr. Shankar joined Bharti Airtel in March 2007 and was a member of the Airtel Management Board. Prior to joining Bharti Airtel, Mr. Shankar worked with Unilever Asia-Africa as Vice President, Human Resources. He started his career with Eicher Tractors in 1984 as Unit Personnel Officer. He has held various roles in Bharti Airtel, Hindustan Lever Ltd and Unilever, spanning the diverse areas of HR, as well as key business partnering functions. Mr. Shankar served as the Head of HR for South Asia at Philips.


      Krish holds a postgraduate diploma in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and has received an executive certificate in Strategy and Organization from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Transformation of HR

     In his wide ranging experience in these organizations, he has led the transformation of HR into a strategic partner, facilitated organization-wide transformation and capability development and was instrumental in building a strong talent pool through a series of leadership development initiatives. He serves as a Member of Advisory Council at Centum Learning Limited. He is a member of the Global Mobile HR Steering Board.

Is Performance Management Killing Performance? – Krish Shankar

        No, I personally think that various statistics performance and how do they really track and improve performance. The original thinking around is something which what people said is very very important, I don't think performance management is killing performance, we need or the organization need systems to look at performance, evaluation, measure and improve performance. Everybody needs to do that and to develop people the way can improve. It is the process killing  not the performance killing. But some of the extra processes that people work and block to see our own rate which is killing it. So I think we want to say what is the essential part of managing part and so keep that and what are the some things that actually coming in the way of that. So we should not throw a baby in a bath tub, where so many people will be talking about but i personally feel you need a good system of understanding, what your expecting for job or people living after expectations and how do you need some way to do that cross-tail and therefore you need process system whatever it is for managing and improving performance. So I think "The Process system is killing it, not the Performance management.".

Btree It is made of branch nodes and leaf nodes. Branch nodes holds prefix key value along with the link to the leaf node. The leaf node in turn contains the indexed value and rowed. Bitmap It simply consists of bits for every single distinct value. It uses a string of bits to quickly locate rows in a table. Used to index low cardinality columns.
